Patricia Clark – Owner and Executive Chef
Patricia Clark has been catering for the last 17 years throughout major American and Western European cities.
Her passion for cooking began with family dinners and traditional holiday feasts. She has traveled extensively in Western Europe and worked in several diverse restaurants in rural Central Italy and Sardegna. Volunteer work on a select group of organic farms in Northern California created a desire in Patricia to make dishes that are a celebration of local seasonal offerings, creative style and good health.
Chef Patricia has a classic French cooking degree from the Le Cordon Bleu Culinary Arts program and incorporates traditional cooking techniques with a fresh, healthy and modern style.
Patricia Clark Catering exists to bring healthy, hand made, locally sourced cuisine to dinner and party guests everywhere!
Patricia Clark Catering is a very small business where personalized service is our number one goal!
Our staff is talented, experienced and capable of participating in any role in the catering world. We stay small because we believe in producing quality over quantity. We will, upon request, contract additional staff should a client or event size require it. We will travel and have created outstanding events all over California, New York, Massachusetts and recently, Maine.
If you are having a small event, often only 2-3 staff are necessary. All cuisine is prepared and cooked exclusively by Patricia. Other staff members are available to reheat, stock and service buffet areas, plate hors d’oeuvres, maintain a bar, etc.
We will work with you to provide your ultimate staff for your dream event!
