Patricia Clark Catering provides culinary services including multi-course seated dinners, full service cocktail party catering, cooking lessons, wedding services, culinary trend reporting and new product promotions.
All of our menus are unique and created for each client based on seasonal availability, cuisine type, event type and themes.
We have organized and executed events from 2 to 5000 guests in private homes, on beaches, banquet venues, office parks, art galleries, polo fields, golf courses and more!
